Your breakfast looks delicious!!! I love that you eat it out of a pretty jar, and pomegranate sounds amazing! Can’t beat a glass of wine at the end of the day!

Seeing as its wordless we can create our own story lines to match this day of eats. Sardines in a jar with tzatiki and pomegranate arils? Love it.

Wow you got it in one…except the sardines were filled with vegemite too of course ;)

Oh, I so like your post! I was dependent on weighing some years, I even had electronic scales (it seems, they and now remained somewhere in a case). And each time when I saw increase weighing at least on 100 grams… Well, it was the big trouble. Hurrah – hurrah that I almost don’t face this problem now though I and am not able to determine the weight by jeans :D It is too much factors to pay attention ;) Though if they absolutely cease to stretch or will fall down finally, I nevertheless will notice :D Therefore I am simply weighed on regular medical examinations at university 2 times a year. It seems, there is quite enough?

Seems like we have had a similar journey, glad to hear you aren’t dependent on your scales anymore either. Yes weigh ins twice a year or less is definitely more than enough :)

I’m doing alright until I get picture number four … then I’m having a bit of trouble identifying :P

Meanwhile, whatever is slathered on top of that pizza looks HEAVENLY. Is it wrong to desire a food you have no idea what it contains, it just looks beautifully decadent? The one thing that I love about a good pizza (cauliflower of course) is that it is the perfect bite-for-bite. No mess. No mouth lingering pieces. But that sauce/goo/smear could change everything ;)

Kudos on the chocolate, for no day is complete without it :)

Lol picture 4 was spinach leaves, cherry tomatoes and then it is with cooked mince meat with loads of veggies, olives and spices.

It is nutritional yeast sauce and it is my favourite by far, it is in my recipes under microwave nutritional yeast sauce, def recommend. It can get a bit gooey for sure but that is what napkins are for and it makes it more fun ;)

Such wise wise words ;) hehe

Yes I have been ;) I am obsessed with them.

Yes you should definitely join in the party and even if you don’t remember to do a full day of eats you could always do a round up of breakfasts or lunches or dinners you’ve eaten lately too.

  • Posted December 12, 2013 at 12:36 am | Permalink

You literally did a wordless WIAW. Haha. Most people say “wordless” and yet still have TONS of words. You rock.

That wooden spoon with your breakfast is adorable and I want it. We tend to have a lack of cute silverware in my house because someone always either melts it while flipping pancakes, or leaves it on the stove right after the burner gets turned off…. And melts it then too.

The wooden spoon is all for show I never use it actually to eat with. You should see the utensils I actually cook with some of those are worse for wear for sure.
